Caterpillar IO Data Deletion
You can request deletion of a global leaderboard entry you previously chose to publish, including its nickname, score, run duration, and associated record identifiers.

Use the subject “Caterpillar IO Data Deletion Request.”
Information to include
Please include enough information for us to locate the correct gameplay records:
- Your Caterpillar IO nickname
- Your player ID, if available
- The approximate date you played
- Your approximate score, if known
Do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents, or other sensitive personal information. Caterpillar IO does not require an account or password.
What happens next
We may reply to request additional details when they are reasonably necessary to locate the records or verify that the request concerns your data. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when the request is complete.
Data may be retained only where required by law or when necessary for security, fraud prevention, or establishing legal claims. Any retained information will be limited to what is necessary for that purpose.
Offline gameplay
Offline gameplay is processed locally and is not uploaded to our leaderboard. Closing or restarting an offline game clears its current session data; there is no server-side offline gameplay record for us to delete.
